Animal shelter
"Alright then,"He grabs his bag from its spot in the corner, slinging it over his shoulder.
He eventually pulls back."S-sorry..."
"They should be open by now... would you like to go?"
He lets out a small laugh.
"Really,"A warm smile curls at his lips.
"Well... maybe we could pick up something from the shelter,"
"Once... a dog."

"Poor thing..."
After a second, he returned the hug, failing to hold back tears.
"Well, if you would have seen the books... they were pretty bad. Anyways, um... ever have any pets?"
"It's going to sound stupid, but... a writer,"
"Yeah, you have,"
"Well, you've already reached that,"
It's fine, and things seem to be going smoothly enough that it should get over with soon
