The Dorothy Parker mystery sounds interesting. I've also enjoyed other work by Max Allan Collins. Enjoy your 2025 reading, Jennifer.

I hope you reach 202 books, Lauri. Lots of great series there; Agatha Christie, Tony Hillerman, Martha Wells, etc. I'm sure you'll enjoy your 2025.

I finally braved a John Scalzi this year as well. Just like you, I'm so glad I did. I'm now looking forward to reading more of his work. I've also had the first Wheel of Time book for awhile.. Time to delve into that series, methinks. You've had a great Dec and year. Enjoy the last couple of weeks.

We missed 1807 so the next one should be 1819.

I love your breakdown. I enjoy Margaret Atwood's work. Penelopiad was very interesting. I've not read Cat's Eye yet. Track of the Cat was very good. I've got Nevada Barr on my bucket list to finish the Anna Pigeon books. I'm also hoping to read The Calculating Stars in 2025.
Enjoy your 2025 reading.
Ann at the Beach wrote: "so many series....so little time...The only one on your list that I have read is City of Mirrors...and it finished a series...YAY..something I seldom achieved. Good luck with your list."I hope you enjoyed City of Mirrors. It's always satisfying and a bit bittersweet to finish a series.

You've had a great year, Ann. Good luck with Oil. I've never read anything by Sinclair.

It sounds like a great challenge, Ann. The Blind Assassin was very interesting and I enjoyed In the Dark, Dark Wood. Agatha and Louise Penny are always good value.. Enjoy your 2025 selections.

Oh, good to know. I read and enjoyed The Stand, Wanderers is somewhere around..."So many books to read, so little time.

I've decided not to continue with the Cromwell series even though I did enjoy the 1st book. I think I'm just whittling down my tomes.... I am looking forward to starting Osman's series. Enjoy your last couple of weeks of reading.

I'm afraid to say that I gave up finally on

Linette wrote: "Wow, Bill - that's great! It's easier to read within series, but 39 non-series books is a real achievement!"Thanks, Linette.

I've completed my final book in my Non-Series challenge. Started 42 and finished 39. Unless I made a mistake, I gave up on 3. My last review in this challenge is the excellent

I've read a couple of the Broken Harbor series. I may have to try the others.

I'm looking forward to starting the Hell Bent series.

I like your strategy. I love lists too, whether writing them down in books or online, so many duplicates but I still enjoy them. I've only read The Mammoth Hunters (at least I think I did; not sure how far I got into that series) I look forward to seeing you you progress. Enjoy 2025
