I've used almond flour a couple times, I loved the flavor. I mainly used it when I was experimenting with vegan pastries.
Hmm that actually sounds good! That'd be so hard for me to do, I love cheese & bread way too much. I could easily go without meat, that wouldn't even be difficult.
