Hi guys....How's everyone doing?
My bones are killing me today, so I'm curled up in bed listening to Chelsea Wolfe....
Tensions between the fae and humans are coming to a head. And when coyote shapeshifter Mercy and her Alpha werewolf mate, Adam, are called upon to stop a rampaging troll, they find themselves with something that could be used to make the fae back down and forestall out-and-out war: a human child stolen long ago by the fae.Defying the most powerful werewolf in the country, the humans, and the fae, Mercy, Adam, and their pack choose to protect the boy no matter what the cost. But who will protect them from a boy who is fire touched?
Hahaha I'm by no means am I upbeat. I just refuse to let my body stop me from doing the things I love to do. I'm too strong & stubborn to give up that easily. Hahaha...Ooh mental issues are just as bad, physical wounds heal. Mental & emotional one hardly ever do. It takes a life time to "fix" those.
Yeah, but my migraines are chronic. It's different. Hahahah no, I'd rather cuddle my books than eat them.

Yeah I take iron supplements, those do help.
Well I've been chunky all my life, but I wouldn't say I'm morbidly obese. But I'm sure some would argue otherwise.
I totally agree with you about the binge eating, it's another form of self abuse. You are doing damage to your body. And it tends to effect every other aspect of your being as well.
I was vegetarian for most of my teenage years, but my anemia forced me to eat meat again. I'm not that big of it. I hardly eat it now. Hahaa
I hate being complicated, I swear I don't do it on purpose! Hahaha I eat a small breakfast, usually oatmeal & my one cup of coffee a day. Then a small snack after I work out. I always have dinner with Paul. And we don't eat out a lot. Only on the weekends. Hardly ever fast food.
As far as my stomach issues, no RA has nothing to do with it. I know it does for some. Things would be easier if I was the type of persons who binge eats or eats unhealthy all the time. But I'm not.
Can't do swimming, my skin can't handle the chlorine. But there also aren't any places available like that in my area.As far as diets go, I've tried a couple. But my issue is that I don't eat a lot. Eating more than twice a day is hard for me. And most diets require you to eat 3-4 meals a day. Sigh, I'm just ridiculously complicated.
Sigh, oh I hear you. I can only do so much Lena. My RA makes most workout impossible. But I recently got into Yoga for pain relief and that's been great. I use an exercise bike 3 times a week. My upper body is the most damaged so I can't do anything. But my legs are great! Hahah
