A word I hate/don't like is 'padding'...as in..."I padded softly down the steps" etc. I don't know why I dislike it, maybe it's because I think of big cats 'padding' and humans walking or strolling by the heel-then-toe movement, which isn't padding, it's logistically different. Know what I mean?

Hi Ori, I know we don't really know each other but after having read the sad news of your brother and what you've had to endure, I just wanted to say that my thoughts and prayers go out to you because despite everything there is a void that's left in your life that I'm sure you'll find is difficult to fill and process.

Better days are ahead, and I hope you have 'many' of them.
