Thank you for the clarification on that EG. The last thing we want is to line Amazon's pockets. I can't believe they don't give the money to authors whether the book is claimed or not. That's just insane.

Rant below. But sorry you didn't get in touch with me sooner Emily because I would have helped the best way I could. Since your giftee had no email address. I see no harm or foul.

(view spoiler)[You know, my friend Heather runs an a HUGE gift exchange. I thought to myself next year I'd love to do that. But this year was our largest exchange and no. The bigger isn't better. I sent out quite a few emails, checked list, sent instant messages.

To the people who had gifts on their lists and no books, To the people who had books with no emails. It was not fair for the rest of us. I tried to give books to people who I saw weren't getting anything. Yet here we are. On the day of the reveal someone says I didn't get a book.

So I am sorry I didn't eliminate people earlier or do some serious checking to ensure they responded. I trusted people to be truthful and give and receive books. (hide spoiler)]
