I read The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides. It was a good book and loved the twist.

I finished The Sugar House by Laura Lippman. This was #5 in the Tess Monaghan series and I liked it enough
that I may try to listen or read the rest of the series. 12 books in total. I live in MD, and it's enjoyable to read a story based in your state.

I read Silver Girl by Elin Hilderbrand for this challenge. I enjoyed it as much as her other books that I've read. Nantucket sounds dreamy.

I read Alaskan Holiday, A Mrs. Miracle Christmas and The Christmas Spirit by Debbie Macomber. I enjoyed them. They were light quick reads with that feel good Christmas Spirit in them.

I read The Hike by Susi Holliday and liked the twists in the book.

I read The Lost Girls Of Paris by Pam Jenoff. I enjoyed this and look forward to reading some of her other books.

I read Chosen Ones by Veronica Roth.

I listened to The End Of Her by Shari Lapena

I read Dead Sleep by Greg Iles and loved it. I've enjoyed all the books I've read from him, and he's an author I'd read without knowing what the book is about.

I finished Light Bringer by Pierce Brown, the 6th book in the Red Rising series. I loved this one just as much as the other 5 and plan to read the whole series over when he comes out with the last book.

I read Look Again by Lisa Scottoline and enjoyed it.

I just finished The Best Of Me by Nicholas Sparks and have been crying the last hour as I was finishing the book. So sad and beautiful at the same time.

I read Later by Stephen King. I've been reading him since 5th or 6th grade when I started with It and have enjoyed everything he has written.

I started (well, I read the 1st couple of books when they first came out forever ago) the Alex Cross Series, so for this, I read Kiss the Girls by James Patterson. Good story, loved the dual seriel killers. Patterson's books read really fast which is good for ne too. I'm hoping to plow through the series and hope not to loss interest in the character(s).

I read The Blue Nowhere by Jeffrey Deaver. It's about a serial killer using hacking and social engineering. The killer would find his victims in the late 1990s using his computer skills and impersonation skills. The police team also uses a jailed hacker to catch him. I enjoyed it, but there were a few times I grazed over all the computer lingo.

I read The Woman In Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware. I rated it 3.5 stars (Goodreads really needs to make it so you can do half stars). The main character plucked my nerves and this book longer than it should have. I almost DNF'd, but then it finally started getting good, but even the ending was kind of flat.

I just finished reading A Thousand Sleepless Nights by Michael King. A beautifully heartbreaking story of love, family and faith.

I read Simply Lies by David Baldacci.
The woman who "hired" Mickey did it as a competition of sorts, not that Mickey knew that.

I just finished reading The Broken Places by Ace Atkins. It's the 3rd book in the Quinn Colson series, but I hadn't read the first 2 yet, but I'll add them to my never-ending list of books. Good story, great characters and the good guys win. I don't feel like I missed too much by not having read the first 2 books. Would make for a good tv series.

I read The Sister Effect by Susan Mallery. This is what I label as light and fluffy, nothing overly stressful or something to guess who did it. I like that it dealt with a real-life issue, alcoholism and the effects on a family, how family sticks together and of course people finding the perfect mate (so not my reality lol). I have read 1 other book by her and enjoyed it so she's an author I'll keep reading.
