Mehhh. As a book lover in general, I will keep reading a book or a series even if I'm not too impressed, so it means something that I had to put this book down for now. (but Booktube-A-Thon also began, so that was a pretty big factor haha)

Somehow I just don't like the whole concept. I really dislike Grace's usage of possessive pronouns-- "my wolf." I'm sorry, when did he start belonging to you? xD And while Sam and Grace are pretty cute together, (mild spoiler, nothing huge) (view spoiler)[Grace being in love with wolf-form Sam has such a bestiality ring to it, sigh. But I've heard the series gets better, so I'm hoping to give it another shot later on.

There's something very magical about Magnus Bane, and it's not just that he's a warlock. His comments (and his fashion) just exude personality and awesomeness, haha. I was tearing up in CoHF when (view spoiler)[I thought he was going to die in the demon realms :'( (hide spoiler)]
I really hope we get to see him in TDA! He's been a pretty big presence in TID, TMI, and obviously the Bane Chronicles. I'm so used to Magnus's fabulousness being around xD
Also, gotta love what he named his cat.

I've also been wanting to read this for the longest time, and I just started! Mixed feelings about the characters, but I love the setting and am excited to read on.

Just finished Frostbite, and Adrian was a very amusing character, haha. I don't approve of the drinking and smoking, but his wit (mostly) makes up for it, haha.

I've only been there once, but I have to say there's a reason I haven't gone back, haha, so I'd say no.
