they were only for the first chapter so they couldn't be too detailed because we didn't know too much about them

Hi! I know we are reading books and we talk that way but I wanted to touch base and get some of your thoughts.


What would you like to see change in the group?


Would you like me to put book ideals in the books shelf so you can look at them and choose from those?


Would you like to do a group skype, live chat in a chat room or call an 800 number to talk about books?

Would you like me to post a list of african american christian fiction authors so you can search for books for your own personal reading?

These are just some of the ideals I have and just want input or other great ideals from you :)

Hi!! This book is 39 chapters we will be reading 10 chapters a week so this friday read until chapter 10 and I will post questions later this week:)

How do you feel about Olivia? Has it changed since she came onto the scene in the beginning of the book?

How do you feel about Tommy and Beanie now that everything has happened?


Do you feel Michelle is wrong?

How do you see Missy in this whole situation? Is she a strong woman, a coward, too passive??

Bernie I really like what you are saying. If I had to go by the first part of the book I would have shut it because it just seemed like garbled words. I was so glad when she decided to go to Michelle's and things started coming together.


I hate to say it but Tommy getting shot didn't seem like much of a surprise with the kind of life they said he was leading.



Pastor Jones I am still trying to figure him out I understand doing what's best for your child but he is too deceptive like you said.


Michelle is a pretty great friend and I believe Natalia is a good friend but she more like a momma and she tries to make what she says go.
