That sounds fantastic! I just love the humor in Peter Jackson's film when bilbo is told that 'sting' isn't really a great sword, but more of a letter opener!

I have the 1998 edition of the hardback LOTR with illustrations by Alan Lee. (I know that there is a 1991 edition also).
