Lana smiled. Maybe...he does care..... she thought briefly looking at seahorse a moment before turning back, feeling a blush coming.
"I guess it's...water under the bridge..." She said attempting a pun of her own but unsure if it actually worked.
Lana held in a laugh.
She stayed silent. Seahorse obviously did get it.
She snorted. "In one way..." She mumbled,
"I do....it's just I don't exactly like her after she literally gave me a scar on the bottom of my talon." Lana said slamming her tail in the water.
"No, it's fine I understand...." Lana said the jealousy oozing from her tone of voice.
(Night tomorrow we gotta see seahorses reaction to Lana being jealous.)
"Oh...I see...." Lana said with a jealous tone to her voice.
"Is it..that other seawing?"
"You like the ocean a lot...don't you?" Lana asked not wanting to assume.
Lana, still in the water waded back some then rested in the water. "Nice and cool..." She said with a small smile.
"Huh? Sorry I kinda spaced out...maybe just relax today?" Lana said considering everything that happened.
Lana thought. Should I tell him?...no...I know he'd reject me if I told him now.
After she got about knee high her scales seemed to calm down. "Y-yeah...I don't know why that happened." Lana said honestly.
"One moment..." she said as she went into the water to cool off, creating a thick steam and boiling the water just from putting a claw in the water.
Hearing that from seahorse Lana doesn't just blush, she becomes burning hot.
She cooked it and ate. "Sorry..it's just...at least to my memory...I've never sang in front of anyone before..." She admitted blushing more and more with each word.
"Neither did I...." she said nervously.
She turned and blushed a pinkish red color. "I...um...." it was clear she was nervous.
