Mavi jumped at her touch then slowly calmed down. "I....I don't think ...I meant...for combat....." He said, his voice very raspy, almost like his vocal cords were at there limit even with the satchel.
Mavi....looked like he'd been through hell. His wing had a massive stitch through it and his right eye was badly scared.
(K. I'mma leave ya with this as a starting point.)Looking further at Lana, though small, she was actually quite attractive. Her scales were like the shifting sands, her frill that went down her back was more wavy compared to most sandwings, and in one of her ears was a earring. Combined with the small scar she looked both fierce and beautiful.
"Sure." She said slowly getting up. Her small frame seemingly lighter then before, or maybe heavier? Ether way something seemed different.
Lana woke up sometime after. She sighed, knowing that, though she loved Seahorse, he wasn't sure on her yet. She kept to herself mostly, not wanting to be a burden to the seawing. Yet at the same time she wanted to be with him.
Lana lied there. so many things going through her head. But one thought rang louder then the others. "Once he's had his time to think...will he say yes?" This line of thought echoed in her mind even as she slept.
She nodded, and went to sleep, hopefully dreaming of something other then her mother. Every now and again she shook but no tears.
Abby wrote: "((Hmph...))"Lana," Seahorse grabbed her shoulders and made her look up at him. His eyes were filled with worry and determination.
"You aren't useless. Your mom was wrong. And I will never leave ..."
She looked at seahorse, and hugged him gently. "Thank you....so...so much......" She said, trying her best to keep her true feelings under lock and key till he could give her an answer.
