[close] A book club for the bibliophiles of #SoapTwitter. Fun times and irreverence. We will try to read books with a suitably romantic and/or mysterious, OTT and dramatic "soapy" feel.

[close] So, not too long ago, there has been a lot of changes to Twitter and this has caused other sites to be created as alternatives to Twitter. One of those sites that are alternatives to Twitter is BlueSky. This group is for any book blogger or book reader who have a BlueSky account and want to chat books with other members of BlueSky. Also, this group will allow you to get the chance to follow other members from the BlueSky community and be able to chat with them! One thing to note though is that in order to get into BlueSky, you have to be invited by anyone who has a BlueSky invite code. So, there will be a section in this group where you can share invite codes to anyone who wants to join BlueSky.

[close] Hello and welcome to Tale Tied, a new kind of book club! This book club will be hosted by Megan Tennant and Kendra Jade Troschel. Megan and Kendra are both writers with a deep passion for books and wanted to share the fun and joy that is involved in fiction. At the beginning of each month a new pair of books will be announced sharing a similar component (e.g. adventure, romance, revenge, classics or hyped etc)- making them TaleTied; during the month we'll read the books and at the end of the month (the last weekend) we will hold a discussion, including a vote to decide which book did this months theme better. There will be discussions held during the month in this group. Each week Megan or Kendra will choose a quote from the discussions and at the end of the month the "Golden Quote" will be randomly selected and the person who said/wrote it will win a prize! So get involved, read and discuss books with us and let's all enjoy Tales that are Tied together in one way or another!
