It's kind of like wading into the ocean. Once you get past where the wave breaks you start to bob up & down more. When you get more comfortable you're able to lay on your back & float. I have done this so many times, since I was a child, that it gets easier. I learn to be patient, improve my timing & approach it at an angle that benefits me.
