[close] Welcome to Books, Wine and Girl Talk. This group was created to be an intimate space where everyone can be close girlfriends. We hope you can find this type of relationship here. We would like to encourage each other and talk about the differences that make us each unique, and create a bond that allows us to be silly and serious. This is a group for women to come and feel comfortable about everything in life, including the books they read. Please note: Only 18+ members are allowed in this group as we will be having conversations about adult issues and may touch upon Erotica novels.

[close] The Muse Writers Center is Coastal Virginias' very own literary center, and since the early 2000s, we have grown into one of the top-10 writers centers nationally, with a vibrant space in central Ghent featuring five classrooms, a semi-private writers room, a recording studio, a library, and an auditorium for readings and special literary events as well as art exhibits. Unlike a college or university, we offer creative writing classes and seminars for beginning, experienced, and professional writers. This year, we are on pace to host 1,500 students in 300 classes for adults, pre-teens, and teen writers. We host in-person, hybrid, and online only classes, social clubs, and events, reaching writers and readers across the globe. Because we believe in the transformative power of the literary arts, our aim is to embrace both established and emerging writers as well as those who want to write but haven’t had the opportunity to be guided by great teachers. All you need is an enquiring mind and a desire to gain or share “underground knowledge”. This is also a place to discuss the controversial topics explored in The Underground Knowledge Series (non-fiction books) by James Morcan & Lance Morcan as well as the Underground Knowledge podcast show.
