[close] Hi! This group is for people struggling with mental illnesses. Please don’t post anything graphic. This isn’t about forcing people to recover- it’s about supporting each other and ourselves. There is never “not enough time” or “not enough resources” for you to get help. We are all here together, gathered in one place. You can meet people here and know that they have also struggled (or are struggling), and you won’t feel so alone anymore. You’ll meet people who get you.

[close] Reading books by and about women, historically and contemporarily, who have been termed 'mad' in some way. Our bookshelf will consist of real and fictional accounts and studies.

[close] This group is for books centering around mental health. I personally enjoy mental health fiction novels to give me more insight and understanding of my own mental health, but also to allow me to connect better due to my own experiences and broaden my horizon to other mental health issues and/or illnesses.
