In perfect love and perfect trust. San Francisco's population has a shockingly large wiccan demographic. While not outweighing the cowans, it is rather high, even for a big city. These preternatural individuals are not your average nature worshiping idolaters, either. When the sun goes down, they take to the streets; donning capes, cowls, and masks. Godless villains abuse their gifts, and it is up to these heroes to make them pay for their crimes against the city, and their sins against the Goddess. Merry meet, merry part, and merry meet again.
