I wrote this little story, illustrated by my 94 year old mother, about our real pony Ned who was very worried about everything. Sadly, he died recently and is very much missed but I hope it will help people to deal with their anxieties and find some tools to cope. I've had some amazing feedback from families of people with autistic spectrum disorder who identify so closely with Ned.
