[close] A group where my melanated folks can come to to share book recommendations and have discussions about black literature. I feel we often see books by black authors focus on themes such as racism and oppression. Those are great and relatable reads, but what about our fantasy reads? Our action/adventure or romance-themed reads (etc)? All genres are welcome to be discussed! I'd love us all to share and talk about as diverse books as possible. Other PoC are welcome to join as well. I'd love to see multiple PoC cultures sharing books from their own writers. Non-fiction and fiction. Let's make friends!
