New Thought

[close] The LGBTQA+Friends of Unity Houston Book Club meets once a month. We share our insights and explore the meaning we each found in our reading. Selections include a wide range of authors and approaches to the personal spiritual experience. The group brings together New Thought followers and spiritual seekers in an open, loving space to discuss spiritual topics, share ideas, and bond with each other.

[close] Hudson Mohawk Press is an independent publisher in upstate New York whose publishing program will include works on New Thought Spirituality, Comparative Religion, Positive Psychology, Philosophy, Social History (with an emphasis on French North America, especially the French Canadian diaspora in the northeastern U.S.), and select fiction titles.

[close] We read nonfiction from Spirituality, Philosophy, Psychology, Self-Help, and Religion. We then discuss our points of view pertaining to how we connected with the book, or not, and how it relates to our own life experiences. The goal is to expose ourselves to new ideas, frames of reference, challenging beliefs, and learning more about ourselves.

[close] Open to anyone who would like to share thoughts, words, feelings and ideas on living a life of purpose of meaning using the Law of Attraction and/or metaphysical New Thought principles i.e Ernest Holmes, Eckhart Tolle, Wayne Dyer etc.
