[close] I'm looking to meet and chat with people about Irish Mythology in modern literature, what people are reading, how it's being interpreted and what I should be reading myself!

[close] Tintagel- the name has inspired generations due to it's connection with King Arthur but what many don't realise is the magic of Tintagel is real- okay the castle was not the birth place of Arthur but it is full of magic and so is the town surrounding it. Tintagel is home to the companions- a race of humans that bond with magical creatures. Each companion is bonded to one mythical creature but every 40 years or so- a companion is born that can bond to all magical species through they have one favoured animal. Based on the Companions series by Julia Golding and inspired by Arthurian Mythology
