[close] A place to discuss all the unique aspects of Deaf culture as highlighted in the thriller Silent Fear (A novel inspired by true crimes) by Lance & James Morcan. This group can also be an intersection of sorts where Deaf and hearing people can engage and learn from each other.

[close] I wanted to make a group where people can meet other people with similar interests. Yes, I realize that sounds vague, but there are so many groups on Goodreads with such specific topics of groups that it's hard to just be you and meet people like you. I wanted to make this so people could freely discuss their interests and feelings and whatever happens to be on their mind, while being able to be themselves. The goal is to make this a place where anyone can come to share their thoughts on books, music, ideas, controversial topics, religion, theories, and all other things that actually pulls people closer. Discrimination of thought needs to be disregarded, because it's the individuality of people that makes the world the kind of beautiful it is, and that's what The Group is about.
