[close] The Colorado Springs Fiction Writer's Group is a 501c3 nonprofit that welcomes writers of all levels to improve their skills through peer critique groups, lectures, seminars and retreats in a supportive setting.

[close] Because writing a book is a long and lonely process, I created this group with the hope of helping writers, especially newbies, connect with like-minded people to relate and share their writing journey with.

[close] I've been thinking about starting a freelance editing company, but before I make the big jump I wanted to ask for some general feedback. How many of you out there would like there to be an accessible editing service, with rates far more reasonable than those the standard self-publishing sites offer? How many people would use it? How many people would never use it? What do you think editing is worth? Any other thoughts on the subject are also welcome.
