[close] This is a group started by NEDA volunteers for people who want to learn about books on the treatment and prevention of eating disorders and related topics. Here you can read reviews of books related to the topics of anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder ednos etc.; as well as body image, social pressure to thinness, obesity and other relavent topics such as theories of psychology. Look here to find suggestions for books to read or to review what fellow members of the NEDA community have to say about books published on these topics.

[close] Hi! This group is for people struggling with mental illnesses. Please don’t post anything graphic. This isn’t about forcing people to recover- it’s about supporting each other and ourselves. There is never “not enough time” or “not enough resources” for you to get help. We are all here together, gathered in one place. You can meet people here and know that they have also struggled (or are struggling), and you won’t feel so alone anymore. You’ll meet people who get you.
