[close] The purpose of this group is share lists of high quality Non-fiction titles that can be matched with Common Core standards, specifically for elementary grades.

[close] I know! The bible of Common Core has exemplars that should be read both in Language Arts class and cross-curricular. But what can we as teachers and librarians and educated readers add to the list to enhance it?

[close] This group is being created as a collaborative effort between the Youth Services department at the LaGrange Public Library and the LRC Director at Cossitt School to help provide high quality nonfiction titles to the students, teachers and parents in our community.
