I am looking for six individuals to help guide this vessel as it grows across every genre and every corner of the reading seas. 1. Keeper of the Children’s Quarters A devoted woman - a children’s‑book author or reader who understands young minds and gentle stories. This Keeper will watch over the Children’s Deck, recommend titles, and help shape a safe, bright space for our youngest sailors. Your books will be top of the pile and as an Author awarded Master Author status - or as a Reader - Golden Anchor - where Golden Anchors have their own private locked quarters. 2. Keeper of the YA Quarters A teenager or young adult who lives and breathes YA — someone who knows the pulse of that world and can welcome younger members with confidence and clarity. Your books or suggestions will be top of the pile and as an Author awarded Master Author status - or as a Reader - Golden Anchor - where Golden Anchors have their own private locked quarters. The Golden Anchors (Four Positions) Four steady, seasoned readers or authors from any genre. These Anchors will help greet new arrivals, guide discussions, maintain order, and support the Captain as the ship grows. They are the stabilizers of the vessel, the ones who keep the decks steady when the waves rise.
