Erin Darrow writes fantasy and science fiction inspired by nature, fairy tales, and folklore. When not immersing herself in stories, she wanders the woods, watches birds, and cares for cats. Seventeen cats (some fosters) have shared her home. She is a former mapmaker, recordkeeper and data wrangler in ecology and earth science who found her way across the ocean from the Pacific Northwest to Aotearoa New Zealand.
