Right now I'm working on a novel about a woman who revisits her childhood home and then becomes lost in her memories (quite literally). It's a perfect fall project—surreal and haunting. I hope to have a finished draft by December. I'm also working on finding representation for my third book, which is middle-grade length and told from a 7-year-old's point of view. Tough sell! So glad you're enjoying the series! (less)

I received one in January from a reader who’d discovered an essay I’d writte
