She went by Lucy Smith in France, but her real name was Lucy Lamb.
i was sure she was going to be clemency using lucy's name. turned out that that happened with the brothers...
I thought the same thing. It was her real name, but her name Lucy was her sa-called fale same? Doesn't add up for me either.
Plus: she came back to England illegally and is scared she'll be found out about the murder.
But in the end she can buy a house and wants to be a professional violinist.
How can she do that without "being legal"? That answer was, in my eyes, never solved in the end of the book.
