Thank you for this analysis! Do you have any book recommendations for the Fourth Wave Russian sci-fi movement you mention?
"Those Burden By Evil" by Arkady and Boris Strugatsky must be THE book for this case, though I'm not sure that a translation exists... My personally favorite author here would be Michael Uspensky but again I can't find any signs of his books in English :(
great analysis! though would you consider putting a spoiler tag for your answer? it shows up on the main page of the book, I read the first sentence by accident while scrolling down for reviews:)
Thank you so much!! So, why would Farit even work with her if he was he opposing force/devil? Was it that he thought he could control her forever? He underestimated her, and she overcame him? And this is probably obvious, but, regardless, I am confused. The wings and flying with Serkh. The other dimension. Was it heaven? Were we supposed to think of Serkh and Sasha as angelic (before she evolves into more than that)?
That is so cool! Which book is this information from? I thought the second and third books were about unrelated protagonists?
I also want to ask you to add a bigger spoiler tag, one that hides the answer, because on the first page you can see it, and if I hadn’t read the book already, I would have been very upset.
