Tracey Thank you for a great explanation. I still don't understand how Barry kept all the memories at the end, though?

Jackie L I think he kept all the memories because it’s only false memories that are forgotten by other people who are effected by the time traveler. Since Barry is the one who actually traveled, it isn’t false for him. That’s how I understand it.
This is such a mind bending book. I love it when I can’t stop thinking about something I read and I want to learn more!

Barbara And remember, when Helena went back all those times she always remembered all the timelines. Barry remembered at the end because he was the one to go back in the chair, but Helena didn't have those memories..
