Agree! And also, her father told Jeremy, "God punishes the wicked," which shows this was a pattern of behavior for Verity.
I agree as well. Mainly because of how Crew reacted to her, and him seeming a bit scared of her. I feel like it was a final manipulation. On the other hand, I didn't like how Lowen came in and was falling for Jeremy so quickly, it made it easier for her to believe those things.
I agree also. Verity forgot one major proof of her psychotic mind-that she indeed tried to abort the twins-the one twin had the facial scar to prove what Verity did. Her own manuscript had that in great detail.
But they had already written the facial scar off as potential issues of being a twin... because Jeremy and the Doctors never knew that Verity tried to abort them. So that could have been the real cause of the scratch if the book was fake.
I just have trouble thinking that that could ever be a therapeutic release.
ELIZABETH! You just blew my mind even more...and I didn't even thin that was possible. This is such a good observation and was thinking the exact same thing!
I agree with you, Brittany! The letter was a cover up and the true Verity is the one who wrote the manuscript.
You can take option A, it was real or Option B, it was a writing exercise. That is what makes it so darn twisted!!
No, the letter also contained elements of truth. Remember this is fiction, not real life events, so inconsistencies are expected.
@Francogrex Yes, I think the part in the letter about Jeremy faking Verity's suicide after reading her manuscript is real. Otherwise her faking comatose doesn't make sense. If he didn't try to kill her, then she could have just explained to him that the manuscript was all a writing exercise after she survived the crash.
