Judy, what about the rather mean-spirited comment directed toward Hillary? How did you feel about that. I look forward to discussing the issue with you. I'm glad you read it cover-to-cover.
I liked Michelle a ton more until I read this book. The bias was annoying, but that aside, I picked up this book to hear about her accomplishments (she was my favorite first lady). Didn't really get that out of this book. It's mostly random childhood stuff and then my husband did this and was so mistreated.
The comments about Republicans were strictly those who made reference to how big her butt was (and other far ruder comments regarding her looks or gender), claimed her husband wasn't born in the US, and openly dedicated 8 years to disagreeing with every word he said. The blatant racism exhibited towards the Obamas was horrific and continues with nothing but nurturing by many Republicans.
I simply am saying - pick a theme, stick to it.
