You make a good point. In middle school, I loved this series, but definitely it didn't feel complete. Maybe it was intentional-to mirror real life- how even when the war ended there was still tensions-but there seems to be too much potential to just have one singular book in the series. The cliffhanger, if I remember, had so many details. Another series would be nice...though it would probably require becoming a tad more mature, since the only people who read it would be teenagers or adults. Unless the series could stand alone, I don't know. But I agree with you. Definitely.
