Bookworman Well, taking care of your dad definitely comes before anything. I'm excited to hear you're writing another contemporary book as I really loved "A Table by the Window". God bless you and thank you for your great response!

Cookie I love the update feature here at goodreads. Whenever anyone asks a question of any favorite author you get an email! I asked Ms. Blackwell a similar question when I finished all of her books! I’m glad you asked too! More info about another book to look forward to. Also, Table by the Window is one of my favs! I’m rereading Widow of Larksbur Inn. The characters are wonderful! God bless!

Letia That is the best news! I really enjoyed them all and “A Haven on Orchard Lane,” was very touching. Last I read was A Table at the Window which was different being so contemporary and felt a bit commercial but was still a good story and kept me riveted. I have yet to read the first series because I do audio and ebook and even have Siri read them. I’d love to see those in audio or ebook. Sounds like life has kept you busy. And authors do have lives! Good to know that it’s not the end of your tales. I will snatch it up when the next one is released! Your are a fave seal by the Gresham Chronicles that made a wonderful read a few summers ago!

Letia Cookie, did you reach that older series? VictorianSrranade?🤔

Cookie Sorry to say that they are the only books by Ms. Blackwell that I haven’t read. They’re not readily available unless buying them used. I’ll sit tight and wait for Lawana to get her next book out! It’s good news and I’m sure worth the wait.

Letia Same. I was looking at them because I read the rest but I started reading Tracie Peterson, who is a new fave. I’m glad LaWanna will be doing more writing!

message 7: by Cookie (new)

Cookie I’ve enjoyed Tracie Peterson also. Try Julie Klassen and also Carrie Turansksy’s Edwardian Brides series! Excellent!

Letia Haha! JK was the first ebook I ever read! I was reading TP waiting for JKs new book. CT contacted me on a FB group. I’ll have to add her because once I read JKs new book and have you tried Laura Frantz! She was he second CF I read and I love her! She has A Bound Heart coming out in Jan. Jk recommended Sarah Ladd and she doesn’t disappoint! I’ll have to check out CT the coming year after reading these. I’m finally getting around to Lyn Austin right now. All Things New. Happy reading!
