I second ანი ჩახნაშვილი. The Witcher has that nice mix of characters with real flaws and problems, but lacks the wallowing in misery nihilism of A Song of Ice and Fire. It reminds me of Riyria in that regard. I'm looking forward to the upcoming Netflix show as well.
