hi, i think ana is the 25 year old who is in a big city far away with her husband and is pregnant. at the end of the paragraph, backman writes, "she's pregnant. and happy. in ten years time."
on the previous page, maya writes a note to ana saying, "happy, ana. in ten years time i see myself being happy. and you."
backman is letting us know that ana is happy in 10 years :)

The pregnant woman is Kevin’s wife. I think Ana is Maya’s stylist as promised.
