Litos Dear Shawna:
Here are some comments to “The Beauty and the Bitch” that I promised to send to you.
First of all, I like very much the story of a romance between two lesbians that enjoy having a master-slave relation. I think that Rachel is a good master that discovers and gives Isabelle (Izzy) what she likes most fulfilling their desire of submission and love to her master. There is no abuse in the relation but the complementary desire of ownership and ceding control with gives pleasure to both sides.
Most scenes are extremely hot, not because of the full description of the scene, but its psychological content. I like most the first scene in the bathroom of the gym when Issy is gently spanked and masturbated. Another very hot scene is when Rachel takes Issy behind a building in a parking lot. Whereas Issy dislikes being a hooker, I find the scene extremely sexy. But the scene that I like most is when Rachel says to Issy that “you will wear what I will tell you wear…”. I find it a beautiful declaration of true love. Rachel takes full control of Issy to reshape her body and her mind. Another hot scene occurs in the sauna when Rachel deflowers Issy, simply because she is her girl. Lastly the scene in the basement when Issy is canned is also very hot, because in such scene Issy declares its full love and submission to Rachel.
I like the book because it describes with agility the story keeping the interest of reader whose is wanting to know more and more about this romance. It is a pity that the story is so short. I will be very happy to read the second part of this story where it describes how this relation deepens and gives way to beautiful scenes of love, submission and kinky sex.
However, I find some improvements that would have benefitted the book as the ones cited below.
1. The reference to Alyssa K. disturbs the reader that has not read your early books. I think that such references are unnecessary since the core of the story is so interesting and well narrated. Sincerely, it could be deleted without damaging the value of the book.
2. I think that it could be more interesting that Issy was a straight girl, which awakes to the lesbian world and submission when she is so nicely intelligently seduced by Rachel.
3. One quite sexy scene could have been that Issy decides to tattoo, or maybe to pierce, her body for demonstration her full love and submission to Rachel. Another submission scene could be simply the haircut of Issy to have a look that pleases Rachel. Certainly the necklace is a substitute but I find more naughty and kinky a body tattoo with the name of Rachel.
4. I find the story of Gina and his slave Derrick of low interest. It is my belief that it disorients a little about the main theme of the book the love of Rachel and Issy.
