Yes, because in the hospital when Claire brings the bracelet she leaves and the bracelet is gone when Amber looks for it. Hhmmm. I hate to think Claire lived through the fire and the police didn’t notice there was no body.
If Claire lived, I don't think Amber could have gotten custody of the twins that easily.
