absolutely loved your book, I have not read one this fast in a long long time, tried to slow down to make it last - your descriptions of everything make me feel like I am there - you even included the Czech Legion which we don't often hear too much about ... you attention to detail is amazing too - this is a book I am keeping and will read again. Thank you for this treasure. I have always been fascinated by the Romanov family, the tragedy and as you pointed out - it was not only the British that let them down, but every one royal family in Europe. thanks again.
Bless you! That's good to hear. I have another novel about the Romanovs coming out in October, called The Lost Daughter. A different angle, different part of history, but I can't seem to leave the story alone… Hope you will like the next one too. Have a great weekend!
EXCELLENT !!!!! I can't wait. Sometimes I spend hours surfing the net to read about this family, their eventual proper burial, and sounds like they are very close to being made Saints. My grandfather was imprisoned by the Communists 10 years hard labour for not shutting his successful architecture business down after WWII. He was the one that spearheaded our families emmigration from our homeland during the 1968 occupation. These stories you write are near and dear to my heart,
