Agreed! Dragging it out for another go-around is a death sentence to many hit films, books, and television— especially when their initial endings are so very fucking satisfying (I.e.- ‘If We Were Villains’)
I get that but i´m wondering if Oliver finds James somewhere and they live happily ever after somewhere guilt-free far from everything that happened..i just wand a happy ending my heart is aching so badly for them...
This book might not be "some things"... I would understand a cliche sequel, but you are extremely talented and could 100% loop in more plot and mystery to make it even better than the first one.
But then WHY did it end on a cliffhanger?!
