Barb I added this question because the author is using temporary accounts to send out invites to read his book. Then he deletes the accounts before I can respond to him. I've been contacted multiple times and I didn't know how else to get a message to him. I'd appreciate if he would simply use a Goodreads author account so there would be an option to reply. No worries! Glad you enjoyed his book.

rose Not everyone wants Free books from every author out there, I do not read thrillers, or a lot of other Genres and do NOT appreciate getting spam mails from some jerk, who doesn't even have the courtesy to use an account that you can respond to and ask to be taken off the list, That you NEVER requested to be on to begin with. Sending spam mails via goodreads is not proper at all, doesn't matter if someone is offering a free book or not. If they are not on your friend list, they should not be contacting you, that is SPAM and very unprofessional. I hope Good reads block him from being on here

K There's a difference between an author suggesting his book to people & spamming a bunch of people then deleting the account that he used to contact them. He targeted my 11 yr old in his latest blast. His claim that "I saw that you liked reading thrillers every now and then." is utter bullshit

rose Katie that was the exact same line I got and I do not read thrillers, i read Mysteries, big difference, and it would not matter even if I did read thrillers, it's SPAM
