No she was referring to the snake actors in the films NOT the characters
Heck no! Nagini was a female, and the snake at the zoo had a male voice. Plus, the snake at the zoo was a boa constrictor, which was non-venomous, while Nagini had poisonous fangs, as shone in Order of the Phoenix when she attacked Arthur Weasley.
