You should read 44 chapters about 4 men. It discloses a bit about what happens to Knight.
Looks like you haven't read 44 Chapters About 4 men, Dg. Don't want to spoil the book for you, but you can find out Knight's faith. I guess it's a good thing that you haven't read it because BB is raw, and described things the way they were in real life in 44 Chapters about 4 men. I can only tell you that it's impossible for me to read BB's romaticized fiction after that. I just can't see those characters in a different light. For me Harley will forever be Ding-Dong.
