Scion of midnight was truly a surprise I mean I was completely expecting Lucas to be her mate but the story takes a twist and Aaron turns out to be her mate and Lucas the bad guy. It totally broke my heart when lily died and when SELENA promised she was going to end Lucas who was supposed to help her. But still, I loved the book and I'm waiting for the third one.
