Amber never had the bracelet. Her sister brought it to her during the hospital whole they discussed the fact that Claire was behind the wheel. It fully states "the door closes and I am left alone. The bracelet is gone and so is my sister." After that we here about Amber murdering David and Claire and that either Claire or Amber murdered Edward (although he didn't up dieing as the body was never found). Amber never had the bracelet! Claire took it with her when she left the hospital room. And also what you are describing is unrelated to Bipolar disorder.
Imagining things that didn’t happen has nothing to do with bipolar disorder.
