I told my partner about all the rat pics on Twitter - is it something common to your part of Cali, or what?!
LOVE the word, "minimus." Love your books. The ending to "Drop City" blew me away. Tortilla Curtain was amazing. I met a very elderly lady in an independent living home who was reading one of yours. I said, "YOU read T.C. Boyle?!" Such a delicate little person she was, but you can't judge a book by it's cover. So I went to a used bookstore and got more for her by you, along with Atwood's "The Handmaid's Tale." She is a reader!
