Rhonda Johnson I loved Once we were brothers too Lori! I read most of the ones you listed above....I really was not impressed by The Book Thief! Did not like the writing style at all...surprised so popular! I am going to read City of Thieves or The Invisible Bridge next, never heard of them. I'm assuming you all have read The Nightingale? And I really liked Beneath A Scarlet Sky...true story, and The Lost Wife, and From Sand and Ash.
