Justine Oh that is so disappointing to hear:( B&G were among my favourite reads last year.

ButYouGotMySoul I love this series SO much, and I am SO SAD to hear this. I'd love to see a continuation.

message 3: by Tracella (new)

Tracella Well that is just rotten. Shall we go dump garbage on your publishers lawn?

message 4: by Soren (new)

Soren June Well I hope your publisher changes their mind, I just finished "Tower of Thorns", and dread finishing the last book. Blackthorn and Grim are fantastic characters who deserve to have more of their stories told.

message 5: by Sonya (new)

Sonya Howden Hi Juliet, Are they mad? Your publishers I mean. What a great series the Blackthorn and Grim books are. Keep at them. We want a new book...(when do we want it? Now!)

message 6: by Sherry (new)

Sherry Would it help if we lobbied your publisher asking for more B and G books?

message 7: by Bree Anna (new)

Bree Anna I agree, who do we write to?!

message 8: by Tina (new)

Tina Peppers Noooo, I love these characters so much. I want more!!!! These books are amazing.

message 9: by Nikki (new)

Nikki Hi! What can we do to help? I love B&G so much!!!

message 10: by Ana Paula (new)

Ana Paula Bassi I love them. It's a shame they are not coming back any time soon :(

message 11: by Joelle (new)

Joelle Burton I've just discovered the series and am so disappointed to hear there may not be any other books after Den of Wolves. I was hoping for 7, or possibly 8? One for each year of the bargain. What is wrong with your publisher?

message 12: by Jessica (new)

Jessica I just discovered the series too and am extremely disappointed that there won't be new books. I love these characters!

message 13: by Gwen Moorcroft (new)

Gwen Moorcroft Blake I have heard that the industry has become skittish about publishing long series. Do you think this is why they are uninterested in more in this series?

message 14: by Kiki (new)

Kiki I just found this thread- and I know why I haven’t seen a new book in this series recently. The anticipation of a new book in a greatly loved series is one of life’s pleasures. A little tiny piece of me just died🥺
Thank goodness Ms. Marillier has other novels I have yet to feast upon.

message 15: by LJJ (new)

LJJ I'm all for writing to the publisher as well. They are crazy not to keep publishing you. (Or--can you find someone else with some more sense?)

message 16: by Azure (new)

Azure Oh this is so disappointing! I love these types of series, and I absolutely adore Blackthorn!! As others have inquired, is there anything we as fans can do to encourage your publisher to reconsider their decision?? Thank you!

message 17: by Filipa (new)

Filipa De oliveira I just love your books. You are a terrific story teller and I need to know how this story ends! Is there a way of bypassing the publisher? Do an e-book version only or some sort of subscription letter so you can tell us the end of the B&G saga?

message 18: by Justine (new)

Justine Read Harp of Kings :)

message 19: by elle (new)

elle I just finished Tower of Thorns and it was so good. Edge of my seat for most of it -- masterfully crafted mystery and fantasy. This series is the most unique and refreshing visit to classic fairytale I have ever read. I truly hope Penguin reconsiders... the characters are so lovable. They have to have many more adventures in them yet... fingers crossed!

message 20: by Angela (new)

Angela Masi Well that’s a damn shame!!!!

message 21: by ANGEL (new)

ANGEL WOOLARD well that ruined my day!!! I was so hoping to type in Blackthorn and Grim Book 4 and see a release date!! I mean there is the whole fae avenue and the bad guy must get his!!!!! So Mad!!!
