I like how Ministry of Truth changes history
History has not been changed. The history is freely available, as witness this thread.
I am wondering if this is willful ignorance or flat out racism.
Political correctness???

Boy what a way for the children to learn to count!
Ten little nigger boys went out to dine;
One choked his little self and then there were Nine.
Nine little nigger boys sat up very late;
One overslept himself and then there were Eight.
Eight little nigger boys travelling in Devon;
One said he’d stay there and then there were Seven.
Seven little nigger boys chopping up sticks;
One chopped himself in halves and then there were Six.
Six little nigger boys playing with a hive;
A bumble bee stung one and then there were Five.
Five little nigger boys going in for law;
One got into Chancery and then there were Four.
Four little nigger boys going out to sea;
A red herring swallowed one and then there were Three.

Wild how nigger is now considered political correctness.
Holy hell. The book has not been “censured,” it’s clearly still widely available and every last bit of the original intent of the book is intact, a word that has no bearing on the story was changed. And this is not “political correctness;” the N word is extremely racist and offensive.
So not saying nigger is now considered political correctness...
Not calling people offensive names is "political correctness"??? And here I thought it was common decency.
